OK, i got it figured. I Used the above posted VI and modified with build array functions to plug into an excel file. Created a header by writing then reading to a text file (could not figure out how to do this directly to excel). I am fairly new to this whole LabView thing but this VI seems to produce the results that i want, this may be the long way around and there may be a more direct approach. Go ahead an use it if you like, the counter functions were built in Agilent connection expert, then exported the SCPI out into VISA in LV.
