不能启动PICGUI

    I was using Microchip Blockset a lot in the past for my different projects with Matlab 2012a even on the Win10. Yesterday, I've updated to new 3.39 and removed (unfortunately ?) previous version. Since, I'm not able to start PICGUI even with demo. The UART (USB with FTID) is connected and immediately Matlab is crashing. It seems that is problem with Java and memory. The log file has this message:
EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00000000c07f2e92, pid=13380, tid=14188
Do you have any idea how to resolve this problem. Unfortunately the previous version of the Blockset are not available.
My best
