Microsoft Excel读/写消息挂起

在程序执行期间，我遇到了“你现在可以读取/写入文件”的问题。
该程序然后挂起。
问题是文件没有在任何其他地方打开＆amp;
excel不会告诉您何时启动该程序它是只读的。
是什么导致Excel这样做？

  I am having a problem with the "you can now read/write to a file" during the excuetion of a program. The program then hangs. The problem is that the file is not open any where else & excel does not tell you when you start the program it is read only.  What is causing Excel to do this ?
