  Hello everyone,
I am try to create my own user defined library. My models in schematic are  
1. substrate (called CSUB)
2. coplanar Crossing with via fences (called CCrossGND).
this model is successfully simulated in momentum, now i would like to compare the result in schematic.
During netlist parsing, and simulation. I got this error:

Simulation / Synthesis Messages

Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing.
    Model `CSub1':  `CSUB' is an undefined primitive device.

Status / Summary


What is undefined primitive device? and how can i overcome this error?
