I'm not aware that anyone has built anything like that. From looking at the LeCroy website, I couldn't get a full list of all of the measurements, or all of the parameters that are changeable, so it's unclear whether that would be possible. It might take some new measurements or functions being created in Python or MATLAB, running behind the scenes to make it happen.
