I can understand your worry about this.
Things you might need to check are:-
1) Are all the actions that you are using are developed by Agilent? If yes, the newer version should be able to run without problem.
2) If there are some actions that are developed by your company, we might need to try out if it works in Win 7 and TestExec SL 7.
I would suggest that:-
1) You have a backup of your hardisk before changing them to Win7 & TestExec SL 7
2) Contact the local AE/ AE that has been supporting you all the while to standby in case you get into problems. And of course, you can certainly contact us.
I cannot guaranteed the whole process will run smoothly as it has too much variables. Nonetheless, TestExec SL 7 has tried the best to be compatible and retaining all the actions previously developed.
P/S: The current version of TestExec SL is 7.1.3, same for TS5000.
