数据仅以灰度捕获

我正在使用Agilent Data Capture 4.3.0和我的MSO-X 3024A。
我上周在格式化计算机之前没有遇到这个问题，但现在除了灰度以外，我无法从我的示波器中获取任何图像。
它必须是我的示波器上的新版数据捕获软件或更新的固件。
上周两者都被取代了，所以我不能再将其缩小了。

  I'm using Agilent Data Capture 4.3.0 with my MSO-X 3024A. I didn't have this problem last week before I formatted my computer, but now I can't get any images off of my scope in anything but grayscale. It must be the new version of the data capture software or the updated firmware on my scope. Both were replaced last week, so I can't narrow it down anymore than that unfortunately.

I googled, looked through the data capture help, and searched this forum. I couldn't find anything other than "write your own code" which isn't a good solution. I don't have time to do that especially considering there's already something available to do exactly what I need.

An example is attached.
