启动时Visual C ++库错误

在我的Win7 64位机器上安装BenchVue没有问题。
当我启动它时，我收到一条消息：该应用程序已请求Runtime以不寻常的方式终止它。
请联系应用程序的支持团队以获取更多信息。

最终出现另一个弹出窗口：启动BenchVue时失败：System.Exception：在Launcher.a.d（String [] A_0）180000ms之后无法获得启动完成事件信号。
我的系统上缺少什么？
看起来我拥有（或安装）的运行时不兼容。

  Installed BenchVue on my  Win7 64 bit machine without issues.  When I launch it, I get a message saying:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the application's support team for more information. (see attached).

Eventually another popup comes up:

Failure while launching BenchVue: System.Exception:  Failed to get a launch complete event signal after 180000ms at Launcher.a.d(String[] A_0).

What am I missing on my system?  It looks like whatever runtime I have (or is installed) is not compatible.
