There exists a defect in the 4.64 version of Datalink's calkit editor. Defined standards in a calkit must have monotonically increasing standard numbers. FieldFox's firmware has the same defect, so has the same requirement when reading calkit files.
The stand-alone calkit editor used to enforce this standard numbering, but this was removed to support some older required behaviors with PNA. So the new editor (1.0.5018.0) does not enforce this and it is possible to create kits that are (currently) not compatible with the DataLink calkit editor and also FieldFox firmware.
To make your kit compatible with the current DataLink calkit editor and FieldFox firmware, you can manually adjust your standard numbers (with a text editor) to be monotonically ascending integers, starting at 1. I have attached your kit, edited to conform to this requirement. Standard numbers 7 and 8 became standard numbers 5 and 6, respectively. If you do your own editing, make sure you adjust the kit class assignments for any standards whose standard numbers you change.
Future FieldFox releases (including DataLink) will properly consume calkits with arbitrary standard numbers, like the 1.0.5018.0 calkit editor can.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
