Please excuse what I am guessing is a redundant question but I did search the archives and FAQ for this question first but was not able to find something that answered my question.  

First what I wish to do: I am new to the Xilinx development environment and as such the plethora of tool sets is more than a bit confusing.  I need to do a project which requires developing a product using one of the Zynq SOC devices.  I have two of the Promo Key's that gives me a 1 year license for the SDSoC development kit.  I also have some side projects using some older, smaller Artix Xilinx devices.  It is my understanding that the Artix devices I wish to program and use can all be done with the HLS Webpack development set of tools.

When I go to install the tools from the web however I can select either the WebPack or the SDSoC kit but I cannot select both.  I have installed the SDSoC kit on my windows desktop workstation.  I noted that when I did this, it installed the full Vivado tool set along with the HLS toolset.  Those tools, however, are not the WebKit so to use them I assume I need a full paid up license.  On my Laptop I installed the HLS WebPack so that has the full webkit but does not have the SDSoC development kit.  I have actually purchased two Zynq development systems (Zybo board and a Snickerdoodle both of which came with 1 yr promo's for a node locked SDSoC License).

Hopefully you can see where I'm going with this question.  I would like to have both my desktop and my laptop have a HSL Webpack and Node Locked SDSoC License development system on both so I can mutually develop on both of them.

My question is then:

1) What is the procedure to properly install the HLS Webpack and a licensed version of SDSoC development environment?
2) Since I've installed and licensed 1 of my 2 SDSoC licenses on my desktop by just installing the SDSoC kit, if the proper procedure is different from what I did, is there something special like returning my license that is required before I do an uninstall of my development kit on my desktop?  I've worked with other software in the past that was licensed in such a manner that you needed to return licenses before uninstalling or you broke or messed up your licensing system.
