From the latest xinfo, I understand that you got this license with Zynq board.

 
With this license, you cannot run Implementation in ISE by targeting Spartan-6 LX100 device. You can run implementation on the devices that are highlighted by Syed in earlier post i.e., xc6slx4-xc6slx75t

The device which you are using XC6sslx100 is not supported with Webpack License.
 

Page number 8 in release note of ISE 14.7:

You were able to run synthesis and implementation on this device as your License has these features:

 
With this License you should be able to generate programming files only for  the devices listed under Webpack column.

I now have ISE 14.4 on my laptop. I also have the liscence for it. Installation of the liscence was succesful for ISE 14.4.


But when I implement my project to generate Programming file it showing following errors

Security:12 - No 'xc6slx100' feature version 2012.12 was available (-5),
ERROR:Map:258 - A problem was encountered attempting to get the license for this
architecture.

*************************************************************************************************************************
I have now deleted my ISE webpack Liscence from the website.. and reinstalled the ISE 14.4 Liscence. Bur still getting the same problems.
