LM399加热器电源是否始终保持开启状态？

我注意到34461A前面板电源灯是双色的。
插入或拔出时，它显示为琥珀色，当DMM通电时，它变为绿色。
如果电压参考在插入时保持加热24/7将是非常好的，就像hp与柜台和其他仪器中的烤箱振荡器一样。
LM399加热器电源是否始终保持开启状态？

  I notice that the 34461A front panel power lamp is bi color.  When plugged in and off, it shows amber, and when the DMM is powered up, it turns green.

It would be fantastic if the voltage reference remained heated 24/7 when plugged in like hp did with the oven oscillators in counters and other instruments.  Does the LM399 heater power remain on at all times?

If not, what does the bi color lamp indicate?

I could not find an indication in the manual, apology in advance if the answer is there.
