Vivado_HLS许可证不适用于ISE 13.2

嗨，
我最近下载了附带的Xilinx.lic文件，并使用许可证管理器进行复制。
许可证在ISE项目导航器“管理许可证”窗口中显示为截止日期为02-jan-2015。
但是，我收到以下错误。

I recently downloaded the attached Xilinx.lic file and used the license manager to copy it.  The license shows up in the ISE Project Navigator "Manage License" window as having an expiration date of 02-jan-2015.

I am getting the following error, however.

RROR:EDK - INFO:Security:56 - Part 'xc6slx150' is not a WebPack part.
   INFO:Security:61 - The XILINXD_LICENSE_FILE environment variable is not set.
   INFO:Security:62 - The LM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable is set to

   INFO:Security:68 - Please run the Xilinx License Configuration Manager
   ERROR:Security:9 - No 'XPS' feature was available for part 'xc6slx150'.
   ERROR:Security:12 - No 'xc6slx150' feature was available (-96).
ERROR:EDK:440 - platgen failed with errors!
ERROR:EDK -  
   Error while running "make -f system.make netlist".
ERROR: synthesizing XPS module failed!

I am also attaching a screenshot of the license manager application.

Vivado_HLS允许综合以ISE和Vivado支持的所有设备为目标。
问题在于您要使用的设备。
这不是由webpack支持，因此错误。

Vivado_HLS Allows synthesis to target all devices supported by ISE and Vivado.

The issue is with the device you are targetting with. That doesnt come under webpack support and hence the error.http://www.xilinx.com/publications/matrix/Software_matrix.pdf

Yes, it does look like I am using a Weback license. 
 
How do I get an evaluation license that will work with ISE 13.2?  I thought that was what I downloaded (see attached files previously) but it sounds like this is just the WEBPACK.  The Webpack is a separate option, though, which I didn't select.
 
What do I need to do to get a working license?  Purchasing a full Vivado license for this evaluation is, unfortunately, not an option.
