部分xc3s1600e没有ISE或WebPack功能

When I try to running map, I am getting below error. Please let me know how to resolve this problem.

你能检查一下你的系统日期和时间是否正确吗？
根据xinfo和许可证文件，开始日期为2015年3月5日，为了使用许可证，您的系统日期应大于此值。
从xinfo文件，今天的系统日期似乎是2014年2月28日。如果是这样，请设置正确的系统日期并重新启动ISE。

Hi,
 
Can you check if your system date and time are correct?
 
As per the xinfo and license file the start date is March 5th 2015, your system date should be greater than this inorder to use the license.
 
From the xinfo file the system date today seems to be 28th Feb 2014. If this is true please set the correct system date and restart ISE. See if this helps.
