Hello Vinay,
 
the device I am using is XC6SLX45.
 
Do you suggest me to switch to a device for simulation which is not supported by WebPack?
But, all devices of Spartan-6 are supported by WebPack. I have switched my project to
xc6slx100, xc6slx150, xc6slx150T
ISim always starts in Lite mode.
 
How can I simulate something, with the EDK license I bought, in a Full version of ISim which includes special blocks which are only inside Spartan-6 devices (e.g. MCB)?

I am not suggesting you to switch to non webpack device. I provided the reason for the issue in my previous post.
I require your license file to suggest the steps that need to be followed to overcome the issue.
