The university license is for the smaller parts.  You need to request a full license for this large stacked die part (request for such are made through the XUP website by a professor for their students).

Thanks very much for the quick response, Austin. These license were bought through XUP and few of my colleagues are running their designs for the same device without an issue. They have almost the same configuration as mine, but mine gives this error.
