怎么从.cti文件转换为.s2p文件

我有一个N5521A，我一直用它来测量波导。
我从中输出.cti文件，然后将文件导入到复杂的Excel电子表格中。
我想升级到N9913A FieldFox，但它不输出.cti文件（它确实是.s2p和.csv）。
我和一位安捷伦科技公司的支持人员谈过，他表示其他工程师已经编写了转换程序来来回转换。
我四处搜寻，没有找到任何。
该组中的任何人都有可以执行此转换的程序或宏吗？

  I have an N5521A that i have been using for making measurements on waveguide. I output .cti files from it and then files are imported into a complex Excel spreadsheet. I would like to upgrade to the N9913A FieldFox, but it does not output .cti files ( it does .s2p and .csv ). I talked to an Agilent Tech support guy and he indicated that other engineers have written conversion routines to convert back and forth. I searched around and have not found any. Anyone in this group have a program or macro that can perform this conversion?
