Hi,

Please go with following steps and putty settings and let us know for any further concern:
1) Download the window access key and same it to Downloads folder.
2) Load key to Pageant.
3) Open PuTTY and under "Host Name" enter: guest@cluster.colfaxresearch.com
Then click "Open"
4) When prompted to add the server key to PuTTY's cache, choose "Yes"
5) If everything goes well, you will see "SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_6.6.1" 
    You can close this window, you don't need it anymore.
6) Now again open putty and get settings saved as per screens in PuttyScrShtDevCloudAccs.zip.

Yes my problem was resolved when I did the the Linux part hence now I am using Linux not windows.
