I found the reason for the missing file in Filezip. It seems not to be able to handle archives of 3GB. I used the actual 7-zip version with success. Previously even the License text wasn't displayed properly during setup. I found the hint for this problem in this thread.

检查下载文件的MD5总和值。
它与下面的不匹配，
MD5总和值：0899e7dba83abe9e4ba1e883a98dc73c
tar文件已损坏。

The archive file should exist in folder idata.
 
Check the MD5 Sum Value of your downloaded file. It it doesn't match the following one,
MD5 Sum Value:0899e7dba83abe9e4ba1e883a98dc73c
the tar file is corrupt.  You need to re-download.
 
If the downloading is good, ensure that it was extracted with the folder structure intact.

I found the reason for the missing file in Filezip. It seems not to be able to handle archives of 3GB. I used the actual 7-zip version with success. Previously even the License text wasn't displayed properly during setup. I found the hint for this problem in this thread.

Just in case someone finds this error in the future: I've been having the same problem, tried with different versions of 7zip and with other compression software with no success. My problem was solved when I moved the unpacked tar to a folder without nesting (directly under my drive) and without accented characters in the path.
