打开VSA进行故障排除无法重启

您好，我正在使用VSA 89601 A进行我在学校的最终项目。
从周五开始，当我在EXA信号分析仪仪器上启动VSA模式时，窗口在“初始化窗口设置”上爆炸，并且VSA未启动。
顺便说一句，所有参数都冻结了，我无法重启它。
你能帮我找到问题，因为我找不到技术支持的解决方案。

  Hello,

I'm using VSA 89601 A for my final project in school.  Since friday, when I start the VSA mode on EXA Signal Analyzer instrument, the window blooked on "Initialize window settings" and the VSA is not launched. By the way,  all parameters are freezed and I cannot restart it.

Can you help me to find the problem because i cannot find the solution on the technical support.
