Hi,
I think I just don't express the right thing.
I installed Xilinx but now, I try to run the software (Project Navigator) as a user.
I am able to start the app and able to open a project.
When I right click on the project and select New source - Test Benchmark - 2 Next and Finish, nothing happen as a user.
If I run the app as an admin, a new window open (initialize timing).
Do I have to specify some special rights to the user group on specific files or directory or on some registry keys to be able to run the app without any problem ?
I gave full control on the Xilinx directory and nothing changed.
Any other suggestions ?

I don't know for sure but I think you need execute/read/write permission to the following:
- The Xilinx install directory
- The location pointed to by the TEMP environment variable
- The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Xilinx/Xilinx ISE 7 registry content
