CPU：游戏包无法兑换

嘿。
所以我购买了一个入口CPU，附带一个附带的游戏包。

Hey. So I purchased a inlet CPU, which came with an included gaming pack. I was required to input a master key which i had received from the vendor into: https://starterpack.intel.com/ .
I input the master key and hit submit only to find the submit button doesn't do anything at all. Tried the support and FAQ pages, both also broken. Is there some way i can redeem my pack or was this all a scam?
