Just saw this hasn't been answered yet - um, it's a bit vague to be able to give any specific help but I would say:
a. on the VEE Pro side of things it would be worth having a look at the on-line help and manuals; also there are training videos on the Keysight website. If you have had any exposure to programming or even have a penchant for it I would expect that after a day or so of self-training you'll at least understand the concepts
b. the U233x modules come with a fair amount of examples: once you understand VEE a bit more, have a look at those - IIRC there is one called continuous data acquisition or the like.
