    Hi,

I've been fooling around with the Curiosity EVB and Explorer 16/32 (using MPLAB X IDE). As far as I can see, some external modules are needed (i.e. Relay Click, ADC Click ...) in order to run them. However, I'm trying to perform an ADC conversion WITHOUT the ADC Click.
Looking at the block diagram of the ADC module, I can't figure out the relations between the analog pins (AN0-AN13) and the physical pins on the Curiosity board (RAx/Bx/Cx).

Can someone please help me understand how to use the CPU's ADC? Alternatively, an MPLAB-X project which does not use the ADC click is welcome.

    You don't need to use Relay clicks, ADC click or any click to play around with your curiosity board.
The curiosity has on board analog potentiometer you can use for your ADC, you can get access to other pins via the expansion connector, you can use a breadboard with some jumper wires and connect external sensors to your board.
You can start with Curiosity supplied sample codes
