34461A丢失USB连接

当它插入USB端口时，我再也看不到我的DDM作为USB设备了。
我的Windows设备管理器将DDM显示为便携式设备，但不是USB设备。
这适用于两台PC - 一台Windows 7和一台Windows 10.我直接连接到PC，而不是通过集线器连接。
它以前工作。
我的DSO-X-2022A工作正常。

  I can no longer see my DDM as a USB device when it is plugged into a USB port.  My Windows Device Manager shows the DDM as a portable device, but not as a USB device.  This is true for two PCs - one Windows 7 and one Windows 10.  I am connecting directly to the PCs, not via a hub.  It was working previously.  My DSO-X-2022A works fine.  What should I do?
