F28377D内部晶振与外部晶振问题

F28377D 中关于晶振的说明如下

数据手册写着内部晶振2是默认晶振源，提供时钟
可是在controlsuite的例程里，在配置时钟时，有这样一段话
// Note: The internal oscillator CANNOT be used as the PLL source if the
// PLLSYSCLK is configured to frequencies above 194 MHz.
难道是用内部晶振，不能达到200M，只能用外部才能达到200M?
