使用PICKit3保留ID内存怎么做

我使用PICtiT3编程PIC18F25K22。如果ID内存为空（0xFF一路），则启动一个序列来写入设备ID。每当我编程设备时，ID内存被擦除，即使保留ID内存复选框被检查。保持EEPROM工作，但保留ID内存DOE。我还没有尝试保存程序内存，并把ID地址地址范围放在那里，但是我认为保存ID内存选项应该这样做。拾取器3不能这样做吗？

    I am using PICKit3 to program a PIC18F25K22.
If the ID memory is empty (0xFF all the way), a sequence is initiated to write the device ID.
Every time i program the device, ID memory is erased, even though the Preserve ID Memory checkbox is checked.

Preserving EEPROM works, but preserving ID memory does not work.
I have yet to try Preserving Program Memory, and putting the ID Location address range in there, but I think that the Preserve ID Memory option should do this.

Is the PICKit 3 incapable of doing this?
