PicTail Plus扩展板上的SD/MMC卡在哪里插入

That depends on the board you are adapting it to.
As far as I can remenber from a few years ago, I found some documentation on how to connect it to my PIC18 Explorer in the Microchip website. Probably on the card related documentation.
 
If you don't find it, I sugest youi look at the pin functions on the pictail card and mate it with the circuitry on the board you are connecting it to. If there is a software demo, the code might give you some hints on what PIC pins are used in the comunication with the card. Also check for any application notes on the SD/MMC subject.

我终于找到了扩展板的示意图，并跟踪线通过PIC引脚。图中所示的取向对于“SPI2”是正确的，并且可以追溯到预期的微PIN。NB。扩展板原理图上的CD和WD（引脚60和62 RESP）都是LabelDelp90，但在Explorer板上是P90和P89（USB）。

    I eventually found the Expansion board schematic and traced the lines through to the PIC pins. The orientation shown in the picture is correct for 'SPI2' and is traceable back to the expected micro pins.
NB. CD and WD (pin 60 and 62 resp') on the expansion board schematic are both labelled P90 but back at the Explorer board they are P90 and P89 (USB).

Is this what you have found

Your card should be connecetd acording to the "card edge connector" diagram in the last page.
You can use the PIC pins designations (RB2/RG9, RF6/RG6, ....) and the power lines to adjust its position.
 
If you are using an expansion card between the pictail plus and the explorer, than you have to map  the whole path.
 
By the way wich explorer are you using?
