pickit3编程拔出PICTIT3程序就会停止吗

我想问的是，如果我用PACKIT3编程，然后拔出PICtiT3，那么程序就停止了，这是正确的，因为我没有控制器上的电压，但是如果我把它插上，那么一切都会消失。这是怎么发生的？然后，我必须重新编程，这是不正确的。有人能帮我吗？或者是这样的。

    What i want to ask is if i program with pickit3 and  plug out the pickit3 then the program stops that's correct because i have no voltage on the controller but if i plug it be back in then everything is gone. How does that happen? Then i have to program it again that isn't correct. Can somebody help me? Or is it so.
