I have only problem with using this memory is there is the limited cycle of write operation. I am developing a counter application where I need to store the counter value in the retention memory so that after power OFF to ON, the counter value doesn't change. And counter value changes thousand times in a day.
I heard, while writing in the flash memory, it never immediately write in the flash memory but it store in some buffer and then after some cycle, it write in the flash. Can you help me with the writing sequence in the flash?
