TMS320C6748 加密版本，UART2启动无数据输出，请问是哪儿出错了？

无非是boot mode不对，上电时序不对

请问是什么情况？

首先这不是烧写程序，叫下载或者boot程序。
你用的这个bin是自己生成的，还是工具里带的？感觉是改动了目标芯片的某些配置，导致串口频率不对了，所以host端通讯不上了。
