ccs5和XDS1000无法连接错误如下C55xx: Error connecting to the target:...请问是什么原因？

本人用CCS5芯片是5509A用XDS100V2无法连接错误如下
C55xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1063 @ 0x0) Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and emulator configuration is correct, or update device driver. (Emulation package 5.1.232.0)
