请问为什么TMDSEVM6678L运行out-of-box的时候link找不到，该怎么办？

hyperterminal设置都是一样的：Bites per second:11500
Data bits:8bit
Parity:None
Stop bits:1
Flow control:None
编码格式我选择的UTF-8，然后是如下信息，进行不下去了，请问问题出在哪里？
