请问CC1310调试接口被锁定这是为什么？要怎么解锁呢？

用smartRF flash Programer2  去读CC1310 的flash出现

>Failed to read target memory.
>Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090.
>Debug interface is locked. Aborting action. Only forced mass erase is possible.
>Reset target ...
>Reset of target successfull.

问题 这个要怎么解锁啊
