Position: Mechanical Engineer –R&D

 Requirement:

1.       bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial design. graduated from well recognized university will be priority.

2.       five years related work experience in mechanical engineering. 3c consumer electronics product or audio product experience preferred.

3.       familiar with nx or ux.

4.       fair understanding to conventional cae tools and prototyping methods.

5.       good understanding to injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming using standard methods.

6.       good understanding to assembly processes and applications.

7.       fair understanding and practical experience on design impacts of emc/emi, esd and product reliability.

8.       good understanding to color, material and finish.

9.       good understanding to tolerance analysis and gd&t.

10.   domestic and overseas travels no problem.

11.   be able to work in suzhou.

 Responsibility:

1.       be responsible for designing and documenting mechanical, electrical, or acoustical, components, products, or systems of moderate complexity, learn to fulfill the same for high level complexity.

2.       design components or products using established manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming, painting, printing, vm…

3.       assist in conducting and evaluating the appropriate experiments to solve engineering problems of all levels of complexity.

4.       learn to obtain information from a broad knowledge base, to complete assignments.

5.       work effectively as a dedicated team member of a sustaining engineering, blue ribbon product development, or an advanced development team to execute mechanical designs.

6.       participate in the design review process and work with engineering staff to apply lessons learned into new designs.

7.       learn to use cae tools and prototyping methods.

8.       Our company’s engineering change requests (ecr) and engineering change order (eco) process.

9.       other duties as assigned.
