【蓝牙4.1】 分享寄存器和架构手册

`以前做BLE的时候都是看下编译器自带的遝程序，从来没有自己开始写。
昨天像做ARM开发一样，打开PSoc Creater . 想自己翻转一个IO，可是突然发现无从入手，寄存器是啥都不知道～！！！
各种库函数看的头都大了。请原谅一个硬件狗的思维。 于是乎，我就找有没有像ARM一样有些技术参考手册和寄存器手册之类的。
翻了一下官网，还真有，感觉比起STM32  CyPress的技术手册跟隐藏任务一样，找到半天才找到。

    This programming specifications document gives the information necessary to program the nonvolatile memory of the PSoC 4 BLE / PRoC BLE devices. The PSoC 4 BLE name pertains to the CY8C4127x-BL and CY8C4247x-BL parts, and the PRoC BLE name belongs to the CYBL10x6x parts. This specification describes the communication protocol required for access by an external programmer, explains the programming algorithm, and gives the electrical specifications of the physical connection. The programming algorithms described in the following sections are compatible for all devices mentioned in the title. The document will reference the CYBL10x6x family using the generic family name for all PSoC 4 BLE / PRoC BLE parts.
