IO Libs 16.2安装错误

在安装IO Libraries 16.2期间，我在尝试启动服务时收到错误。
*“Windows无法在本地计算机上启动Agilent IO Libraries Service服务。* *错误1053：服务未及时响应启动或控制请求。”*重新启动笔记本电脑或尝试从服务器启动服务
管理控制台不起作用。
返回相同的错误消息。
此安捷伦管理的笔记本电脑以前安装了几个其他版本的IO Libs，没有任何问题。
事实上16.1仍然会安装没有问题.....只是不是16.2。
我在安装过程中暂时禁用了SEP12，并确保没有其他任何正在运行的可能会干扰该过程。
我还浏览了这些以及其他一些技术论坛，尝试了尚未淘汰的不同“修复”。

  During the installation of IO Libraries 16.2 I receive an error at the point that it tries to start the service.  

*"Windows could not start the Agilent IO Libraries Service service on Local Computer.*
*Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."*

Restarting the laptop or trying to start the service from the management console does not work.
The same error message is returned.

This Agilent managed laptop previously has had several other versions of IO Libs installed with
no problem. In fact 16.1 will still install without a problem.....just not 16.2.

I have temporarily disabled SEP12 during the installation as well as making sure that nothing
else is running that may interfere with the process. I have also browsed these and some other
technical forums trying different "fixes" that have not yet panned out.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
