        I have retied more than 50 times the ftp adrress"ftp: ftp.cypress.com" with user"rags2" and ID "rags123",but it still failed.I am in China mainland. Is there some restrict to the place?   
            
        I have used the FX2 and it's excellent. So I'd like to develop furtherly with the FX3. But without the TRM,nothing would be developed. So I really need it now.     I noticed that the ftp link you were trying to access was for the SDK, not the TRM that you requested. I wanted to inform you that the TRM for FX3 is still not complete and should be released when the part hits mass production. I will announce in the forums when this happens.
     
    As for the SDK you were trying to access, please contact your local sales team and they should be able to help.
