Ubuntu 12.04（32位）上的浮动许可证服务器设置不起作用

I addressed this issue in a different thread but it wasnt really getting to a solution so I try to sum up the information in a new clearly labeled thread.
I was able to set up the license server more or less smoothly on a windows machine, however this is just tempory and i want to run it on Ubuntu.

AFAIK you have to do the following to get the License server running:

• Download and extract Linux Licence Manager from Download section
• installed the library "l***-core"
• Edit the License file according to your pcs confguration (network name)
• if you have all files in the same directory, ushould be able to run it with
  

sudo ./lmgrd -c ./Xilinx.lic -l log.log (which is same in windows and working flawless)

that is supposed to be it but it does not work in ubuntu!
Running lmgrd results in
system error code: No such file or directory when using a lmgrd from a different source, lmgrd is responding and complaing aboud xilinxd not responding
