    The Board Support Packages (BSPs) in Harmony are a shortcut to configuring a project target using the Pin Manager and MPLAB Harmony Configurator (MHC).  So you cans start with a BSP for the PIC32MX795F512L alone and customize it.
 
The SSD1963 driver uses 16 of the PMP peripheral's output pins for data and bit bangs the other pins needed for the interface between the host processor and the SSD1963.   Here are the names you need to setup in the Pin Manager:
SSD1963 Function:   Pin Manager Name: 
RESETbar RESET_BAR
CSbar CHIP_SELECT_BAR
D/Cbar DATA_OR_COMMAND_BAR
RDbar RD_STROBE_BAR
WRbar WR_STROBE_BARThe timing of the display (Horizontal/Vertical Front/Back Porch etc.) can be setup using the Display Manager.
