If you decide to go that route, there are a few things you should keep in mind: 1- the extra cables/adapters you add should be relatively low loss at the frequencies you want to measure (keep it below 5-10 dB on each side). 2- adding flexible cables is not recommended unless they are very good phase-stable cables that have stable response even when they are flexed. basically if you add something to your ecal that has a different response during the measurement from the time that it was characterized with the ECal, then you are going to degrade your calibration accuracy. 3- all the new ECal models are thermally stabilized (they have a heater inside that brings them to a known constant temp), but when you add adapters and cables, you are adding thermal mass outside of the ECal housing that will make your calibration more susceptible to thermal variations. So it is even more important to manage environmental factors (temp, airflow, humidity, ...) between characterization time and calibration time. that being said, there are other ways to handle your scenario. for example you can measure the s-parameters of extra fixture (the yellow parts in your diagram) separately and then just calibrate with your ecal's factory characterization and de-embed the fixture responses from the measurement after the calibration. you can learn more about de-embedding _*here_*.
